Late Orders- The Order Was Given Past The Deadline:

We make sure to deliver your assignments within selected deadlines. Meeting your expectations is our utmost priority. If once in a blue moon there could be some sort of glitch and we can’t submit your assignment on time, you can reach out to our customer support to solve this issue. If the reason for delaying your assignment is not genuine we don’t step back from making a refund.

  • You’ll be provided with a full refund if the deadline is passed and your assignment is of no use. We will check your task as if it is eligible for a refund or not. Please note that it should be related to your selected deadline while placing an order.
  • If you are using a custom assignment even after the deadline has passed and the teacher has deducted only a few marks then a certain percentage of the total amount will be returned. You will have to show proof of your deducted marks before making the claim.
  • You must confirm your attendance because the refund claim is a joint procedure and an investigation is being conducted to resolve the matter. We will not accept any full or partial refund requests if you are unable to respond to our expert queries promptly (within 12 hours of being posted on the student portal interface) or if the lack of information provided by you has resulted in a missed deadline.
  • If the delay is due to our writing expert's inability, you can receive a 20 % to 50 % return of your order, plus the approved refund sum. The deductions (if any) are made since the expert working on your assignment was paid in full upfront.
  • We only offer refunds if we fail to meet the original deadline for the assignment. In the event of a revision, a new deadline must be mutually agreed upon. If a revision deadline was not established, no refund claims can be made.
Low Quality Of Paper- Paper Is Not Meeting The Standard Requirements:

Our papers are always of high quality, but if they aren't, we offer a revision option. You will have to have the paper revised, and if we do not properly correct all of the errors, we will not be able to issue a refund. Otherwise, if any of the following conditions are met, the claim will be approved.

  • The paper is entirely non-plagiarised. Even though we use Turnitin to check all of our essays, if you can prove it to us and the proof is authentic, give us a chance to revise. In cases where the deadline does not allow for revision, we will issue a full refund or store credit.
  • The paper quality does not meet the client's expectations. To begin, we have a team of expert tutors who carefully work according to the given specifications, but if there is a problem with the paper, we ask our clients to use the free revision/redo options until they are satisfied. We provide unlimited free revisions for the first 20 days, and if you choose to go with revision, refunds are not available after that.
  • If the client is still dissatisfied after the revisions, our QA department will analyse the paper and determine the appropriate amount to refund. If the paper has already been submitted, there will be no refund.
  • In orders where the client is given draughts, it is their responsibility to check the quality and notify us immediately. If the notified issue is not resolved in the final paper and has negatively impacted the overall quality, a refund will be issued. However, if the issues were not reported from the start and are being used for a refund at the end, there will be no refund.
Wrong Charges- Technical Issues Concerning the Payments:
  • If there has been a double or unnecessary additional charge made, the client is advised to immediately notify the customer support team with proof of two receipts so we can make a full refund of the additional amount.
  • In most cases, the problem is with the payment company and the customer will be advised to resolve the matter with the company to avoid double or unnecessary additional charges.
Unavailability of Expert:

This is an extremely unlikely scenario. Even if the expert is unavailable to assist you and you have paid in full for the assignment, you are strongly encouraged to order any other assignment order of equivalent cost.

Cancellation from the Customer’s Side- Orders Can Only Cancelled within the 24 Hours Only:

If you placed your order earlier and later changed your mind, you can cancel it only within the next 24 hours of placing your order. If the writer has begun working on it, you must continue with it. If you cancel your order within the specified time frame, you can request a full refund or store credits. You can also place an order for any other type of assignment of the same value right away.

Not Getting A Desired Grade- We Guarantee Quality, Not A Specific Grade:

If you expect us to guarantee that you will get an A+ on your paper, you will be disappointed. We guarantee that you will receive a high-quality paper with perfect formatting, grammar, and structure from Write My Assignment, but we cannot guarantee a specific grade because it is entirely dependent on the student's overall performance throughout the semester/term.

Fail Grade Received On Assignment Work- Proof Within 30 Days:

In the unlikely event that you fail, you must request a refund within the next 30 days. The time period begins with the date of your submission, and you must provide proof of failure. Within three weeks of receiving your ordered solution, you may request a refund by providing a copy of an authentic grade sheet as well as your professor's feedback. We will review the grading sheet you submitted and determine whether the problem is due to poor writing quality or if the reference solution provided is inadequate in terms of the grading index and learning outcomes of your assessment.

We will process a 30 % to 50 % refund of your order if any flaws in our expert part are discovered. In this case, the customer support team's decision will be final. Customers are asked to be patient and allow the teams to work on the process. Once the refund is approved, the funds will be transferred within 48 hours.
